In this exhibit visitors generate a big whirl by turning the handle that stirs the water.
In the oceans, streams of water move in different directions. Sometimes when streams of water crash a whirl will arise. The longer the turning lasts the bigger the whirl will become. These kinds of whirls have a lot of suction power and can be dangerous for swimmers.
