In this exhibition, the visitor can check if their personal conception of music is the same as that of others.

 

It is a common idea within musicology and performance to think that different types of music hold different kind of characteristics.
In this view, there are observable patterns to what is broadly labelled music. Even though there are understandable cultural variations, many of the various properties of music are often perceived similarly.
